La m\u00e1s reciente fue el taller de cocina que se realiz\u00f3 en algunas aulas, para la elaboraci\u00f3n de sushi japon\u00e9s. Agradecemos a Emilio (cocinero profesional en un restaurante de sushi de la ciudad) y a Vero y Susana (dos mamis del cole) su inestimable ayuda. Conocimos los ingredientes, la t\u00e9cnica de elaboraci\u00f3n, hicimos algunas piezas nosotros mismos, aprendimos a comer con palillos&#8230; Las ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os quedaron encantados y,
